We would collect the necessary details from you like your

  • Food preferences, taste, lifestyle, diet and exercise routine.
  • Habits, timings, constraints, medical history, and digestion.
  • Height, weight, age, gender, body measurements, and your health target.
  • Current lipid profile and other parameters (if medical tests were done).
  • Current medication details.

Depending upon all these details your diet will be designed. We would follow up with you 2 times in a week to make sure that you are on the right track. Our diet charts will aim at-

We offer two types of consultations: one with Charmie Mohnot and another with Health Forest (our team of clinical nutritionists trained under Charmie Mohnot).

If this is the first time you are trying our services, We will ask you to take this package, Check how diet plans actually are, and how it suits your weight loss goal. If you are satisfied with our services, you can then choose from other packages.

3 months Diet consultation

We provide monthly diet charts. In case you have to take a break from the diet due to functions/travel/ medical reasons / Any other reason.
